Color inspiration is only the beginning.
HueOdyssey helps designers, founders, and developers move from a mood to a usable interface system.
Why HueOdyssey exists
Most palette tools stop at a row of attractive swatches. HueOdyssey starts from the decision that follows: which color belongs to the background, surface, text, primary action, secondary action, accent, and border.
From direction to interface
The editor turns a use case, visual style, and mood into a seven-role semantic palette, then places it in a live interface preview. The goal is to help you judge hierarchy and usability before exporting values to CSS or design tools.
Local-first by default
Core generation, color conversion, contrast calculations, shade creation, gradients, image palette extraction, preview, and export use deterministic browser-side logic. The free experience does not require an account, an upload, or AI credits.
Accessibility as a design input
HueOdyssey surfaces contrast information early so accessibility can shape the palette instead of becoming a final checklist. Automated checks are useful guidance, but the published interface still needs review across typography, states, content, and interaction.
A focused product
HueOdyssey is intentionally lightweight. Accounts, billing, cloud projects, collaboration, and paid AI generation are not part of the current public product. They will only be considered when they solve a demonstrated user need.
Feedback shapes the roadmap
If a palette decision, preview, or export does not fit your workflow, email support@hueodyssey.com. Concrete examples help us improve the product without adding unnecessary complexity.
