HueOdyssey provides browser-based tools for generating, exploring, checking, previewing, converting, and exporting color systems. The current service is offered without accounts, subscriptions, cloud projects, or paid AI generation.

You may use exported color values and palettes in personal and commercial projects. Generated names, descriptions, and arrangements are suggestions and do not grant exclusive rights or guarantee that a name, brand direction, or result is available for your use.

You are responsible for the content and files you choose to use, the legality of your project, and your final implementation. Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it to violate another person’s rights.

Contrast and validation results are automated technical guidance, not a certification. Final accessibility depends on typography, component states, layout, content, platform behavior, and applicable standards. Review important results in their real context.

You retain responsibility for content you enter and files you select. The current image palette tool processes selected images locally in your browser, but you should still use only material you have the right to process.

The HueOdyssey name, site design, software, original copy, and other service materials remain protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of the service or authorize copying or reselling it as a competing product.

The service may change, pause, or discontinue, and errors may occur. Export and keep your own copy of important palette data. We may update these terms when the product or legal requirements change, with the effective date shown on this page.

To the extent permitted by law, HueOdyssey is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or guaranteed design, business, legal, or accessibility outcomes.

To the extent permitted by law, HueOdyssey and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of or inability to use the service. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
