You can use the current product without creating an account. If you email support, we receive your email address, message, and any information or attachments you choose to include so we can respond to the request.

Palette generation, color calculations, previews, and exports run in your browser. Images selected in the image palette tool are decoded and analyzed locally; the tool does not upload those image files to HueOdyssey.

When you visit the site, hosting and security infrastructure may process standard request data such as IP address, browser type, requested URL, timestamps, and diagnostic or security events. This data is used to deliver, protect, and troubleshoot the service.

Google Analytics is disabled by default. If you enable it below, HueOdyssey measures page visits and bounded product events such as palette generation, copy, download, and tool use. These events contain action names and general properties, not prompt text, image data, exported palettes, or API keys. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar identifiers and process technical data such as browser, device, approximate location, and referring page. You can withdraw your choice here at any time. HueOdyssey does not use this data for personalized advertising or build an advertising profile.

The current free palette workflow does not send your selections to an AI provider and does not include accounts, payments, or stored credits. Any future AI or billing feature will receive a separate, clear disclosure before information is submitted.

HueOdyssey does not sell personal information. Limited technical data may be processed by infrastructure and email providers only as needed to host the site, protect it, and handle messages, subject to their own terms and safeguards.

Browser-side palette work is not saved to a HueOdyssey account because accounts do not currently exist. Support messages and necessary technical records may be kept only as long as reasonably needed to answer requests, maintain security, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes.

You may avoid sending optional information, clear browser data using your browser controls, and contact us about access, correction, or deletion requests. Rights vary by location, and we may need enough information to verify and process a request.

HueOdyssey is a general-audience design tool and is not directed to children under 13. Material policy changes will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date.
